At The Print House, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in creating and delivering custom products, but in case you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • There is a printing error caused by us
  • You received the wrong product

⚠️ Since our products are custom-made (photo prints, albums, frames), we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect image uploaded by the customer.


2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at theprinthouse24x7@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged or wrong item
  3. Mention your order ID and reason for return

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund (in special cases, at our discretion)

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns/refunds for:

  • Custom orders with user-uploaded errors
  • Minor color variations due to screen vs print differences
  • Products returned without approval
  • Late return requests (after 3 days of delivery)

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • After production starts, no cancellations are allowed
