1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • Standard production time is:

    • Photo Prints & Posters: 1–3 business days

    • Frames & Albums: 3–7 business days

  • Large or bulk orders may require additional time. Any such delays will be communicated in advance.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship orders through trusted courier partners across India.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time after dispatch:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Public holidays or festivals

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier delays beyond our control

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status through the courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing your order.

  • The Print House is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or government restrictions.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.

  • In case of loss during transit, we will coordinate with the courier for resolution.
